Sean Gladding
Pastor/Head of Staff

Sean Gladding served the congregation as the Director of Christian Formation for five years, before becoming the pastor in September 2025, and moving to Danville from Lexington. He has served in a number of very different pastoral settings, but in each his passion has been to (re)introduce people to the Big Story being told in the Bible, and to explore how to embody that Story in our communities. He is married to Rebecca and they have two college students, Maggie and Seth. He is the author of The Story of God, the Story of Us (IVP, 2010); TEN: Words of Life for an Addicted, Compulsive, Cynical, Divided and Worn-out Culture (IVP, 2014); and A View from the Margins (Kindle Direct Publishing, 2019). s

Amy Wilson is a PK and a life-long Presbyterian, so it’s no wonder she is on staff at The Presbyterian Church of Danville! Amy married Shane Wilson in 2003 and moved to Danville, where she took a job in development and parent programs at her alma mater Centre College. In 2011, she left to stay at home with her two sweet boys, Benjamin and Michael. Amy and Shane joined the church in 2009, and Amy was excited to join the staff in August of 2015 to work with the children of the church. Her husband continues to work at Centre College, and Benjamin and Michael attend the Danville Independent Schools. In her free time, Amy likes to read, cross stitch, watch Hallmark movies, and volunteer at school.

Molly officially joined our staff this year as youth director after serving for several years as a volunteer youth leader with the middle and high school aged youth of our church. A native of Lexington, KY, Molly settled in Danville in 2012 with her husband Charlie who is a dentist and the owner of Boyd Family Dentistry. Molly and Charlie met at Camp Burnamwood as teenagers, then both attended Centre College, and ultimately were married in this church in 2008. Together they have three children, Henry, James, and Helen.

Molly earned her BA in English from Centre College and her Master of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Louisville. Prior to working for the church Molly stayed home for 14 years to raise her three children. Her work before children was in the field of higher education administration, specifically student financial aid and admissions. When not at the church Molly enjoys running, reading, travelling, and being a mom.
